I am sadly moving out of my flat (to live with bf) and leaving behind a wonderful friend and flatmate. The room is a double and has lots of built in wardrobe space The lounge/ dining and living area is a very good size and there is space for extra storage there. The flat also has a large coat cupboard and 4 other built in cupboards for storage in the hallway and lounge.
The flat is fully furnished so no need for a bed/ sofa/ TV etc. There is also a dining table and chairs which foldaway but I am currently using them to work from home.
The flat is in a portered building with safe fob access and is on the first floor with very quiet neighbours above and either side.
I am really sad to be moving out but am excited to find someone to fill the room! You will be living with a wonderful fun and hardworking pilates instructor/ Personal Trainer who loves the health and wellness industry. You must be fun and friendly, clean and tidy and you will get on just fine!
Have uploaded pics of the room and the living space but if you would like to see pics of the bathroom and kitchen too, please don't hesitate to contact me. I also have a video of the room which I am happy to send on.
The rent is 756£ per calendar month and is paid on the 12th of each month, council tax, sky tv, hot water, electric and gas works out about £90/100 per month. We deal directly with the lovely landlady and have never had any issues.
The contract ends on the 11th July but I am leaving early. The landlady would like someone that wants to stay on longer but this is not essential.
