Bright double room in a spacious and modern 3 bedroom flat located close to Parsons Green tube station in Fulham. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, small wardrobe and big chest of drawers.

The room is available from now and there’ll be a new contract to be signed with the letting agent in June so references will be required. Rent is £598 + bills (~£90 / month or so) and the deposit is only £333. The flat is managed by an external company and so any required repairs happen very quickly.

We’ve been here for two years and are staying on because we really like it. The bedrooms are not adjacent to each other and the overall layout of the flat is quite spacious. We don’t have a living room which is why the rent is so cheap and instead tend socialise in the kitchen.

Fulham Broadway tube station is also 10 minutes away and a major bus exchange. There are also bus stops a two minute walk from the flat that go east into Chelsea, Kensington and the West End; and west into Putney and beyond.

The area is extremely safe and has everything you would want nearby; great restaurants, multiple big and small supermarkets, parks, shops, the river, dry cleaners, coffee shops, bars, all within an easy walk.

A number of gyms, including Virgin Active and Gym Group are within 15 min walking distance. The local parks include tennis courts, football pitch and a basketball court. There are also bike racks on the basement level of the mansion block to store your bike.

You would share the flat with Nathan and Michael (32 and 27, British and Greek) who have lived together for three years. Both professionals with their own friends and lives but who enjoy living together. We’re looking a third easy going, tidy, considerate housemate to continue making this a relaxed and enjoyable place to live.
