Double room with shared bathroom (with one other person) available for rent in 3 bedroom flat. Lots of storage space, excellent light and views (on top floor), Main living/dining room is shared. Incredible views of London on one side and other side overlooks park and Fulham palace. Incredibly quiet and described as a tucked away oasis, with lots of light. Ideally the potential flatmate drinks not at all or very little, is motivated and sociable. There is an optional gated car park for an extra £200 a month. Monthly rent of £1300 includes cleaner once a week and bills. We are both out a lot and are very proactive, this is definitely not a party house. Females very much preferred!
