Short term room available immediately for 1 month

*I have long term options who can move in in March. I am therefore looking for someone to move in immediately for the next 4 weeks. If you can move in immediately and want to stay longer term I’m also open to that.

A sunny, clean two bedroom (three bathroom) ground floor flat on a quiet residential street in Fulham. One street from the Thames and our local pub, the Sands End. A quick 4 minute walk to the overground at Imperial Wharf, or 10-15 minutes walk to Fulham Broadway for the District line. 10 minutes from Eelbrook Common and Parsons Green.

The flat is fully furnished with a collection of things I have gathered over the years. The room includes a divan double bed (with storage underneath) and an en-suite bathroom. Other useful things include a great courtyard, Sky TV, coffee machine, BBQ and a fully stocked kitchen. We also have a fortnightly cleaner (for 3hrs).

I have been living here for the past 2.5 years and my current flatmate is sadly moving to Bali.

I lead an active, healthy lifestyle, working in the city (I go into the office Mon-Thurs) and enjoy a few beers in the weekends with friends.

I am an easy going kiwi guy and have been living in London for the past 6 years.
I travel as often as I can, and spend the weekends on my bike, or out exploring the UK and Europe.
