Spacious Double Bedroom in newly refurbished flat!

Hi there,

We are looking for a fourth tenant to join us in a flat in Fulham that we are moving in to on 14th of August.

About the flat:
The flat is completely refurbished and has a nice spacious kitchen with full size dishwasher, separate living room and two bathrooms. The flat also has a washing machine installed. The available room is a spacious double room. It is partly furnished with a bed and a desk (photos show it empty but the landlord is buying a bed).
The flat is right next to South Park with a big Sainsbury's very close by. It's around a 15 min walk to Parsons Green, Wandsworth Town Station, Imperial Wharf or Fulham Broadway.

The place is mostly unfurnished but we plan on getting some nice furniture in so don't worry about that !

About us:
We are three friends (Luisa from Germany, Nikki from the US, Dan from the UK) who are moving in together after we've all decided that we need more space in preparation for any future pandemics/lockdowns. Two of us are a couple, myself (Luisa) and Dan and would be occupying one room. We are both young professionals, I work in a software company and Dan works in data. I would expect to still work from home quite a lot but wouldn't mind having someone else around during the day if they are WFH ! Dan will be working from the office. Nikki is a PhD student at Imperial and is also going in to the lab during the day.
We all met playing Volleyball and still spend a lot of our time outside of work doing that. We also enjoy going out for drinks (the Ship is a nice pub and very close), going for (bottomless) brunch and in general doing fun things in London. We do also enjoy a quiet night at home with dinner and a movie.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, happy to take part in various house activities such as board game nights, but also respectful of other people's space. Of course tidy and clean.. you know the drill :)

We are happy to take student enquiries if you are also willing to contribute to council tax :)

The tenancy is for a minimum 12 month term, we will be staying for 2 years total.

***IMPORTANT***

The rent for the first 6 months of the tenancy (From August 2021) will be in a lump 6 month payment due to Nikki's International Phd status.

At the 6 month mark it will then continue being monthly payments.
