I have a lovely double ensuite in a two-bedroom house in West Brompton (Fulham). The ensuite has been refurbished and the bedroom redecorated. It is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden and south facing. It's quiet and cosy. Fitted wardrobes, smart TV and broadband. Upstairs is carpeted and downstairs has wooden flooring.

The living room overlooks the garden and there is a separate kitchen with dining area that overlooks the front of the house and lawns. The house is clean and tidy. I don't have any pets.

The road is a cul de sac with no through traffic. The area is quiet and safe, and in easy walking distance to all amenities, including Waitrose, M&S, Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury's, a street market and a cinema. I am opposite a park and close to Brompton Cemetery, both great for outdoor activities. It's very peaceful where I live and I have lovely neighbours who are friendly but respectful of your privacy.

I am in Zone 2, a five-minute walk to Fulham Broadway (District line) and five-minute walk to West Brompton (District line and Overground train). Earls Court is a ten-minute walk (District and Piccadilly lines). I am ideally situated for the City and West End.

I should mention that it would be ideal for someone who is office-based during the day as I work on and off from home.
