Lovely double bedroom to let within a homely traditional 3 storey (plus cellar) terraced house in Fulham sharing with two girls and one guy, all professionals working in central London.

Location:
The house is a 5-10 minute walk from Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway, West Brompton national rail station) and Barons Court (Piccadilly) underground stations as well as nicely placed for buses including those to Clapham and Victoria. In short it is of easy access to central London.

The house:
Comprises of a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 1 x loo, cellar, 4 bedrooms, roof terrace and patio garden area.

The house is fully decked out with all mod-cons including a brand new washing/drier machine, alarm, new dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, WiFi with boosters, TV, DVD and seldom used karaoke machine...
At the front of the house we have a fixed Iron Bar for locking bicycles up too.

The Room:
A cosy and very comfortable double bedroom located on the mezzanine floor, this lovely bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers together with a smaller built in wardrobe.
Rent: £850 per month all inclusive.

Rent:
The rent is all-inclusive.
This included all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax & wireless internet) and a cleaner who comes twice a month is also included in the rent.

You:
We are ideally looking for a young professional (20-30ish) who is easy going, tidy, social and generally good fun.

Deposit:
A 1 x month rental deposit will be required.

Private Live-out Landlord:
The house is owned by myself and my brothers and we manage it privately so no agency fees. We let all four rooms out privately. None of my brothers nor I live there but we live near by locally in Fulham.
