Hi - I'm Maria! I’m looking to live with one kind and like-minded person who wants a home that feels warm and friendly :)

I work as a tech PR Director and I’m currently building my own business, working from shared office spaces almost every day. Outside of work, I’m fairly active and social - pilates, tennis, seeing friends, travelling, obsessing over other people's dogs - and I’m often out and about. I’m also vegan, so someone who’s plant-based or doesn’t cook meat regularly would be a great fit!

A bit about the place:
- The house is bright, spacious and on a very quiet residential road.
- The living room is large and open-plan, with south-facing bay windows - lots of light and plants.
- We have all quality appliances (OLED TV, Dyson vacuum, tumble dryer, iron, etc.)

Your en-suite bedroom faces the back gardens, no traffic noise, and comes with a built-in wardrobe, and the drawers and shelves you can see in the photos.

The house is on a quiet residential road, placed between:
- The Fulham Arms (Sands End) pub
- The Chelsea Harbour Club (tennis courts, pools, spa, bar)
- Everything you need is within a 5-minute walk:
Sainsbury’s Superstore (huge), Tesco, Imperial Park, riverside walks and restaurants.

Transport is excellent:
Imperial Wharf, Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green, Thames Clipper and multiple buses all walking distance.

All bills are included, apart from energy as that varies based on usage.
