Our current housemate is sadly moving out so we have a room available in our lovely house.
The room is a small double with en-suite in a 4 bed, 3 bath large house in Fulham.
The room is not big enough to have a desk to work from home but we would be happy for you to use the living room a few times a week. Really lovely area with shops a 2 minute walk away. Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway is a 15-20 minute walk and bus routes are just round the corner.
Price per month: £900
Bills: approx £150 a month
Deposit: £1,038
Move in date: must take over contract/payment from 20th June
We are two girls (28) working full time Monday to Friday and one guy (27) working flexi hours. We are looking for a friendly, fun and easy going male, ideally 24 - 32 professional, looking to stay in the house for a while. We have all become great friends so would love to have someone who wants to hang out some evenings or weekends, up for a bev but also respectful of each others space.
