2 bedroom Victorian flatshare in Fulham

I have just taken up the lease on a beautiful 2-bed Victorian flat in Fulham, just a 5 minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station and shops, bars, etc. The flat is on the ground floor and has a courtyard garden accessed via one of the bedrooms. The flat is part furnished but I will be able to provide most of the furnishings, however if you have anything you’d like to bring there is plenty of space!

The living room and kitchen/dining area is open plan with wooden floors and period features. Space for a desk and to wfh if required. Both bedrooms are double, and the one I am looking to rent comes with a double bed and plenty of built-in storage. The bathroom is downstairs and has a separate bath and shower, and there is a separate laundry room with washing machine.

I am 27 and work in sustainable finance and am in the office most days but will be around the flat most evenings and weekends. I am tidy, respectful and laid back and looking for someone who shares the same values and will treat the place like their home.

I have permission from the landlord to sublet the room and you would need to provide references and pay a deposit to secure the room.
