Fulham Bishops Park Mansion Flat

Looking for a quiet flatmate to join me and a friendly dog (Charlie, pictured) in a park-facing 3 bed mansion flat in Fulham. Price all inclusive of utilities and wifi. I'd like to find someone to share my home who appreciates a quiet, peaceful but friendly home atmosphere. I bought the place about three years ago and it's been great. Twelve month commitment, no short term lets, for single occupancy, available February 1.

Bishops Mansions is a beautiful riverside/parkside mansion block - the leafy setting by Bishops Park and access to the Thames make it a wonderful place to live. My current flatmate has been great and is now moving in with a few friends, and you'll be able to be put in touch with him and other previous occupants for reference..

The flat gets wonderful light, is on the 1st floor, and has been renovated. The room itself is on the smaller side, but the flat is spacious and there is good storage for you. Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and side table, and a chest of drawers just outside.

You'll also have access to the Bishops Mansions gardens, an outdoor seating area, a balcony off the reception for morning coffee, and Bishops Park and the Thames path nearby. Nearest tube is Putney Bridge (District Line), a short walk through Bishops park.

I'm a friendly Scottish-Canadian with interests in classic cars, rowing, politics, history, gardening, reading etc. - I went to university in the U. S. and Canada, and work in Canary Wharf, with WFH 3 days/wk..
