Simple and beautiful double room in Fulham

There is an availability for a small double bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat. The room is very neat and furnished with a double bed, bed side table, comfy mattress, large chest of drawers, small wardrobe with mirrored door, small desk, a large smart TV with a separate Netflix account for the tenant !, and a very large carpeted storage space which is a part of this room ( non walk in).

The rental figure is all inclusive!

There is central heating throughout the property and a well maintaned kitchen with new fridge freezer , washing machine, tumble dryer , microwave, toaster, coffee machine. The flat including the room will be cleaned by professional cleaner every other week . Included in the rental access to fast WiFi fiberoptic 900 mb/sec. The flat has two bathroom, the bathroom upstairs is for the tenant and guests (will be 95% of the time for the tenant; no much guests as my life is quite busy).

The area is quiet, nice and safe. I prefer someone friendly, open minded, easy going, calm and nice company.

The tenant has to be non smoker and pet free ( though can accept little kittens) and also like to keep things tidy and be considerate to neighbours. This room is suitable for professional or students.

In term of myself, I am open minded and I like to make new friends, so looking to establish a good close friendship with the tenant ( rather than being landlord tenant interaction). I am very calm professional ( I am a senior doctor). I live in the property with my 11 year old son ( I am a single parent). My son is very polite independant boy and mind his own business.

Couples not possible.
