Simple and beautiful double room in Fulham

Hi,
There is an availability for a small double bedroom in a 3 bedroom flat. The room is very neat and furnished with a double bed, bed side table, comfy mattress, large chest of drawers, small wardrobe with mirrored door, small desk, a large smart TV with a separate Netflix account for the tenant !, and a very large carpeted storage space which is a part of this room ( non walk in).

The rental figure is all inclusive!

There is central heating throughout the property and a well maintaned kitchen with new fridge freezer , washing machine, tumble dryer , microwave, toaster, coffee machine. The flat including the room will be cleaned by professional cleaner every other week . Included in the rental access to fast WiFi fiberoptic 900 mb/sec. The flat has two bathroom, the bathroom upstairs is for the tenant and guests (will be 99% of the time for the tenant; no much guests as my life is quite busy).

The area is quiet, nice and safe. I prefer someone friendly, open minded, easy going, calm and nice company.

The tenant has to be non smoker and also like to keep things tidy and be considerate to neighbours. This room is suitable for professional or students.

In term of myself, I am open minded professional ( I am a senior doctor). I live in the property with my 13 year old son ( I am a single parent). My son is very polite independant boy and mind his own business.

Couples not possible.

All bills are included.

Happy to negotiate terms/ moving in date and rent price with the right tenant. The rental figure might be reduced in certain situations. Thx
