Cosy Double Bedroom in a ground floor flat

The flat currently has 3 flatmates, professional females in their late 20s. We are looking for a new housemate as one of us is moving out.

The housemates:
We’re easy going, clean, respectful and friendly. We enjoy catching up, watching movies, eating dinners together, going out but also respect each other’s spaces - a good mix of social and chilled.
Yve is a producer for a motor sports company and Julia works as a fashion merchandiser, with a mixture of working from home and in the office.

The room:
The room comes furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. Big window lets a lot of daylight in so the room is very bright. The rent comes to £800pm, bills are not included but they come to around £120pm.

The flat:
It’s 3 bedrooms in total, sharing 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. Bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The biggest bonus of the flat is the large south facing garden which is perfect for summer and a good bbq!

The area:
The flat is situated in Fulham, 10-15 minute walk from the river and Fulham Stadium. There is plenty of shops nearby, 3 Tesco Express and Coop within a 5 minute walk. Larger stores like Waitrose, Sainsbury and Lidl all within a 15 minute bus ride. There is plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from in the area, as well as great takeaways! Closest gym is a 12 minute walk away. Bishop’s Park is a close and lovely place for a walk or a picnic with many great cafes on the way. Nearest tube is Parsons Green, 15 minute walk. Alternatively there is lots of buses around, it’s a very well connected area.

Who we’re looking for:
Preferably a professional in their late 20s. If you’re easy going, enjoy a night in, having dinner together, sometimes going out for a drink but also enjoying your own space drop us a message and we’ll be happy to arrange a viewing.
