The bedroom includes a double bed and wardrobe available for a small additional cost.

Bills:

* Not included, approx. £100–£150/month
* Some furniture will be available to purchase, speak to current flatmate to discuss.

* They are often out during the day, so you’ll have plenty of space to yourself
* Also up for the occasional spontaneous dinner or drink

The flat has been a much-loved home for years — well maintained, recently renovated, and cared for by a genuinely lovely and reasonable landlady. It’s modern, clean, and fully furnished (no carpets).
