Myself (30) and my boyfriend (30) are young professionals, looking for another chilled flatmate to occupy the 2nd bedroom and share our home. We are very tidy and clean, as this is very important to us. Always up for a chat/drink after work, but also respect people’s privacy and hoping to find someone similar.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table, side table & chair and has a spacious built in wardrobe. The bathroom, living room and kitchen is shared and the kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine etc).
All bills included, except electricity & gas (roughly £30 per month).
