Beautiful double room Fulham/PG

Ages 28 - 40 only

Available from 4th September

Double room, with double bed and built in wardrobe. There’s room if you wanted to put own desk/furniture. Not en suite but own downstairs bathroom next to room with shower and bath. Only used if we have friends over to use loo etc. Shared sitting room, kitchen and shared terrace area (gets sun all day!). The flat is split level so there’s lots of space!

Excellent transport links 20 min walk to Fulham Broadway/PG stations. Barons Court & Hammersmith 30 min walk or easy bus. Bus stop at end of road. Putney less than 30 min walk.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean and tidy and respectful of the space with similar interests. Has their own social life and also wants to hang! I’m big on cooking and love a home made marg at the weekend. Also someone who does not work from home.

All bills except gas & electricity which will be split every month, so that’s TBC!

I’d like to do a 2 month trial and see how we get on! But there’s no limit on how long you’d like to stay. I’d give 1 months notice.
