The 2nd floor of our house has a king size bed and its own bathroom with a roof terrace on the half landing leading up to it. There is also a small sewing room which when not in use makes a useful study. This is the part of our house we are hoping to share with someone.
We are a retired couple who travel a lot, we have 1 cat and a dog who normally travel with us. Whoever lives in our house must like pets! I was a designer and the house is colourful and comfortable. We have a housekeeper twice a week and this cost is included in the monthly rental price.
I enjoy cooking and the kitchen is well equipped. My husband is Spanish and so we tend to eat late.
