Quiet compact double room available with two double wardrobes and a large window providing a lot of natural light, overlooking the garden. Room for a desk setup if required.
Shared bathroom with bath and shower (excellent water pressure)
High speed broadband (5G with with boosters around the house). Sky sports included with the house!
Council tax band F (£40 per month each)
Budget additional £120 p. cm for bills (wifi, water, electric and gas)
Local amenities include friendly post office & corner store (Nisa local) with amazon delivery and dry cleaner all on same road, big Waitrose, pharmacy and PureGym 2 minutes walk. 5 minutes from Fulham Broadway and a stone's throw from many of Fulham's best pubs and restaurants. Close to the river Thames for lovely weekend walks or runs.
