Large double room in 2-bedroom Kingwood Road flat

Hi! My friend is moving out to live with his partner and I need to find a replacement to move in the large double room he is vacating.

The room is available from November 15th and is £1250 a month, including bills.

ABOUT ME 🙃
- I’m a 30 year old guy from Australia and am generally really easygoing.
- I’ve been in London nearly 5 years and do a lot of hobbies and social activities.
- I play guitar and am in a couple of bands
- I am into F1 & AFL as well as more geeky activities like board games and D&D
- I love an active holiday, like skiing or surfing
- I work as a Software Engineer from home most days so I’m around a lot, but the flat is spacious enough that you can have plenty of time to yourself if you want it.
- I am respectful of shared spaces and items in the house and try to keep them clean and usable

- A large double room than can fit a big desk (the pictured one will not stay)
- It has a bay window that faces the quiet road and gets the afternoon sun
- Opposite end of the flat to my room
- Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small desk

- Good sized kitchen
- Separate lounge room with comfortable couch and TV
- Located right near Munster Road shops, which has everything you need
- A 15 minute walk to Piccadilly and District lines (Barons Court or Parsons Green) for easy access to central London
