We are offering a cozy small room for rent in the charming area of Parson's Green, London available from the end of May. Just a short 5-minute walk to Parson's Green station, the location is serene and conveniently surrounded by shops, cozy cafes and restaurants along Fulham Road.

You'll be sharing the flat with two professionals in their early 40s, both friendly and respectful of other's privacy. Kristina (me) is an art tutor who works out of the house mostly afternoons and full weekends, and Andrea - a gallery owner, who works normal office hours.

We enjoy dinners together occasionally, but also understand the demands of busy lives and make sure to give each other plenty of space. This is definitely not a party house, but a place to rest and recharge after work.

Bills are not included, and normally come to an additional £160/£200 per month, depending on a season. That includes a cleaner that comes every other week to make sure that communal areas are clean. However, we each tidy up after using kitchen etc, of course.
