Double bed in Fulham

Hi there!

Looking for a sociable and clean/tidy person to join myself and Jemimah in a recently refurbished three bed flat in Fulham.

The flat has: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area including dinning room and lounge, new kitchen and a lovely garden out back. The room available is the largest in the flat with a super king bed, large wardrobe, desk and lots of natural light.

We’re about a 10 min walk from Parsons Green, 15 min walk from Fulham Broadway, 10 mins from Imperial Wharf and there’s a Sainsbury’s on our road 1 min away.

All bills are included; council tax, gas/electricity, water, WiFi, TV license, Netflix/Apple TV/Prime/Now/Disney+ and insurance. I own the flat, so I take care of it and ensure there are no issues :)

I work as a finance consultant in Canary Wharf and work a couple of days from home each week. Jemimah also works in CW as a software engineer and is in the office 4 days a week. The flat is always clean and tidy, so we’re looking for someone who fits in well and is also up for an occasion pub trip, BBQ or London adventure.

Preferably looking for someone long term but also open to short term. Move in date is from the 1st June, but may be able to be slightly flexible if you need to move in earlier. The two rooms upstairs share the bathroom shown in the pics, so looking for another girl to join Jem.
