Double bed in Fulham

Hi there!

Looking to for a new short or long term housemate to join myself and Zoe in a recently refurbished 3 bed flat.

The flat has: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area including dinning room and lounge, kitchen and a lovely garden out back.

We’re about a 10 min walk from Parsons Green, 15 min walk from Fulham Broadway, 10 mins from Imperial Wharf and there’s a Sainsbury’s on our road 1 min away.

Bills are split evenly and are done on a monthly basis. They usually come to around £100 in the summer and £130 in the winter pp (including council tax, gas and electricity, water, wifi etc).

I work as a finance consultant in Canary Wharf and work a couple of days from home each week, whilst Zoe works in a cafe not too far from here. The flat is always clean and tidy so looking for someone who fits in well and is also up for an occasion pint with friends.

Preferably looking for someone long term but also open to short term.
