Hi everyone! We are looking for an individual to rent this double room in our three bedroom flat in Fulham. It is a comfortable double bedroom with plenty of built in storage and a desk.

We will be holding an open house the weekend of 8th/9th of August, but can be accommodating.

This flat is lovely and modern having recently been refurbished by our friend (the landlord) who was living here but is currently travelling.

The flat benefits from two bathrooms, one with a large bath, and steam room. A large kitchen/dining/living room space and a bike rack for safe keeping.

It is a 5 minutes walk (or less) to Fulham Broadway tube station. The area is really nice, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops at a short distance. You will find North End Road market running 6 days a week just a few steps away.

You will be living with two young professionals 34(f) & 30(m). The living space is ideal for working from home (although we both work from home a few days a week) and also serves as a sociable space to entertain, have friends over. We often cook and eat dinners together and enjoy catching up in the evenings, so we’re looking for someone who’s sociable and enjoys being part of a shared home, rather than keeping to themselves. Ideally, you’ll be easy-going, clean, and tidy, and keen to get involved with the household vibe.

The ideal move in date is the 5th of September but we can flex up to a week for the right person. We can only accommodate in person viewings and you’d also have to have a quick chat with the live out landlord as part of the process. No agencies involved at all!
