We've got a lovely room up for grabs in our Sands End flat. You'll be joining three of us guys, all professionals in our late twenties. We maintain a professional life during the week but also enjoy socialising together in the weekend. After someone who is on a similar wavelength!

This room is on it's own floor(top) with a private ensuite and a built-in wardrobe. Rent is £1100 with bills usually running around £100-£120 extra. Large house with a massive living room/kitchen/garden. 3 bathrooms

Located near the river and a large Sainsbury’s supermarket, both are less then a 5 minutes walk. It also offers easy transport links to zone 1, either by bus, tube or walking (Fulham Broadway) / overground (Imperial Wharf). Also about 10 minutes walk to Parsons Green! Council tax band G.

Move in date ideally around 29th of August!
