Chilled house share in Fulham

Looking for a new housemate to join us in our 4 bedroom house!

We are close to lots of stations:

Imperial Wharf: 10 min walk
Fulham Broadway: 15-20 min walk, 5 min bus
Wandsworth town: 12 min walk
Parsons Green: 15 min walk
Clapham Junction: 20-25 min walk, 10 min bus

The three of us currently living here are,

Phil, 30, Irish - works in media

Emma, 29, Scottish - software engineer & part time songwriter

Saul, 29, English - performance analyst

We are a very easy going household. A mix of working from home and in the office. We have our own lives outside of the house and get on well when we're home.

Ideally we'd like someone down to earth with a good sense of humour, keeps tidy and happy to be sociable as much as enjoying their own space.

The house has a big kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, big living room with dining table and sofa. A lovely garden which is great in the sunny months!

There is occasionally a dog in the house - so liking dogs is a must! We are Lgbt+ friendly.

Bills come to £100-150 a month, including council tax band G, cleaner, gas, elec, water and WiFi.
