🏡 Double Room Fulham - Cozy and Nice Apartment 🔥

Hey there, I'm Enrico, a 27 year old who works in finance. Looking for similar aged professionals who would have more of a friendship than a ‘roommate’, can go for the occasional beer together or watch netflix etc.

I've been here for two years with a friend, who's moving out to take the next step with his gf (cue the tears). Looking for someone to fill his room and continue the bromance. I'm social, and often out and about with friends, like to pub or go to a bar. At home you'll find me reading, gaming (PS5), cooking, rotting in bed debating my life decisions, you name it. Looking for someone who would describe themselves as social/fun to a certain degree. That said, my job can be exhausting, and there are times when all I want to do is lounge on the sofa with Netflix or stare at a wall. Downtime is personal and I have no problem sitting in silence.

Ideally looking for someone to join me on a contract that renews on June 10th. It's a one-year contract with a £1000 deposit. The room has a king sized bed.

The average monthly bills amount to around £150. Our landlord, who lives in the apartment downstairs, is super chill and always around to fix something if it breaks. The property falls under Council Tax Band D.

Apartment is cozy, not huge but makes good use of the space. All of the stuff in the living room is mine from a previous apartment, sharing is caring and you’re free to use whatever devices etc you want. Pretty well equipped with Ninja and cooking gadgets galore. I am very clean, and a good level of cleanliness is required. I work from home between 2-4 days a week.
