I’m moving out of my beautiful two bed flat in Fulham and needing to find the perfect person to take over my lease. The lease is until Dec 2025. You’d be living with a girl in her mid 20’s who works full time as an Occupational Therapist. A little about the place:
- Big front room with a king size bed
- Two built in wardrobes and big windows that let in the sunshine (when it’s out to play)
- Shared bathroom and large living space
- Garden area
- Bus stop at the end of the street (both directions)
- 15 mins walk to West Brompton (Overground, District line) or Barons Court (Piccadilly line)
- Rent is £1250 a month bills not included generally around £130 (give or take)
- Can leave the bed currently there or if you have your own that’s great!
