LEASE TAKEOVER - CONTRACT TO 13th OCTOBER 2024 (Can be renewed)

I'm sad to leave my one bed flat as I am going back to my home country permanently!

This is a lovely fully furnished one bedroom apartment with a separate well lit living room, an incredible kitchen with natural lighting and well equipped (integrated fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer included) - it's honestly the best flat I've found, and in such a good location with lovely neighbours! If that's not good enough, you also have a garden / backyard! This flat is also owned/managed by the property company, and they're honestly the best and loveliest people to deal with.

I've made many improvements to this place and have loved living here, and truly made it my home. Finding a decent place in London is difficult enough, hopefully this could be your sanctuary as it is for me!

Nearest Stations/Shops: Imperial Wharf Station is a 15 minute walk (Overground) with straight bus access, Parsons Green/Fulham Broadway is a 20 minute walk (District) with plenty of busses taking you straight there. The nearest bus stops are 2 and 4 minute walk away, making it a fabulous location wherever you’d need to get to. It is also walking distance to Chelsea, Putney, Wandsworth.. and you're by the river! You are around the corner from a big Sainsburys, and high street with excellent cafes and restaurants in the vicinity, making it easy to explore the neighbourhood.

The catch? There is no real catch - except you will need to be earning a minimum of 48k per annum. A single occupier is preferred, and will need to pass references. The entire house is fully furnished EXCEPT for the bed frame + mattress, which I am looking to sell; in which the preferred person to takeover the lease will also purchase my bed (at an incredibly good price).
