Description

Overview:
• Looking for a young professional to take over my tenancy, as I’m moving in with my partner. Sad to be leaving a stunning house and 2 fantastic housemates.
• Huge room in a beautiful, 3-bedroom terraced house in Fulham. Furnished.
• Cost: £1175 + bills (c. £125 pcm - Council Tax Band F).
• You would be living with two housemates (27M, 28M), and sharing a bathroom with one.
• Earliest move in: 1 July 2024

The House:
• 3-bedroom/house-mate house on a quiet residential street, 12 minutes’ walk from Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green tube stations (District Line).
• Would be sharing a spacious bathroom with one other housemate (the top floor room is an ensuite).
• Large dining/living area & garden which is great for entertaining, especially in the Summer.

The Room:
• Huge room (4.60m x 3.66m) - space for a King-Sized bed + bedside tables and desk/desk chair, with plenty of space still to move around.
• Lots of storage – three double cupboards for hanging clothes + storage for suitcases/boxes above.
• Big windows and lots of natural light. Room stays nice and cool in the Summer.

The Housemates:
• Ed (27M): Ed is a British/Australian who has been in London for two years since moving over from Sydney. Ed is a keen runner, training with and volunteering for Fulham Running Club. Ed is also a budding photographer/painter, who enjoys socialising and travelling. Ed studied PPE at the University of Sydney and works as an insurance professional.
• Fraser (28M): Fraser recently moved back to London after living abroad in Perth, working for a Mining company. Fraser is also a keen runner and sportsman, having recently run the Bristol Half Marathon. Fraser studied Geology at the University of Durham and works in Mining Finance.

The Area:
• Quiet residential street, 12 minutes’ walk from Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green.
• Tesco Express on the end of the street, Dawes Road and Munster Road have a great selection of pubs/restaurants, just 2 minutes away.
• Convenient route into the City – less than half an hour from Fulham Broadway to Mansion House (District Line).

Who are we looking for?
• Ed and Fraser are brilliant and kind housemates – respectful to one another and to the house. I owe it to them to find someone equally respectful, even if it takes a little longer to find them.
• Preference for a young, quiet, tidy professional.
• No couples, smokers, or pets.
• Subject to referencing, conducted by Aspire.

How would things work:
• Earliest move in 1 July 2024.
• Our lease runs until 21 July 2026. You can move out whenever you like, just need to find someone to replace you (very easy in London - I've had 50+ requests to view in a few days).
