Rare and beautiful house in Fulham

A double room on a quiet street has become available in a beautiful, art filled, three-storey house. It has a large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, good sized sitting room and a small backyard with citrus trees. It's a 7 minute walk to Fulham Broadway train station or West Brompton.

The room available is very quiet and has wooden floors and built in cupboards. It fits a king sized bed. You will be sharing the large bathroom with one other.

You will be sharing with two others, Max and Helen.

Max is the landlord and a very young 77 year old Londoner and picture restorer who runs every morning, is socially active and makes an excellent gnt! He is very easy to live with and welcoming. Max also has a home in France, which he tries to spend time in when he's not busy with work.

Helen (me), I'm 36 and work in investor relations for an engineering company. I enjoy yoga, dining out, reading and tennis. I also love to travel and am looking to go to Copenhagen next!

We share a meal every now and then, and have a wine/gnt together of an evening if we are home at the same time.

The house feels like a home and is lovely and spacious. We are looking for someone to share it who is considerate and an open communicator.

Bills (including council tax) come to around £90 a month each. This includes broadband.
