I’m moving out of my lovely 3 bedroom flat in the heart of Fulham at the end of July and need a replacement to fill my room!

You will be living with two lovely girls who are 26 and 25 and work full time in professional jobs. They’re both easy going and sociable. We love chilling in the evenings, watching the latest series, or heading out for a walk or drink at the nearby parks and pubs. They are very respectful of space and keep the flat clean and tidy.

The bedroom up for rent is a large and spacious double bedroom that comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side tables, bed and mattress. The room has plenty of space for a desk and chair to work from home.

This 2nd floor flat is fully furnished with a big lounge area, perfect for relaxing. The location is also perfect for commuting, being right across from Putney Bridge tube station on the district line. The surrounding area is lovely, with local parks, restaurants, cafes and gyms right on your doorstep. I’ve loved living here over the past 2 years, feeling very safe and well connected to the rest of London.

Rent is £881.40 per month and all bills come to roughly £130 each per month.
To pay to the leaving tenant:
• £940 deposit.

As a heads up, to pass the landlord referencing you will need to provide ID, right to work in the UK (if non-eu resident), previous landlord reference, employer reference, and 3 months of bank statements. This means no students unfortunately!
