Myself, my flatmate and my dog are looking fill a bright double room in our Fulham flat, as our current flatmate is sadly moving to Oxford.

• Your own bathroom
• Fully furnished with dresser and desk
• Available from Sunday 11 August 
• Rent is £850pcm, plus refundable deposit of £850
• Around £200 for bills, including a weekly cleaner, NOW sports, Netflix, council tax, water rates, Wi-Fi, tv license, and gas & electricity

The flat:
• Massive garden
• 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
• Cosy living room and kitchen
• Ground floor flat
• Dishwasher and dryer

The area:
• Close to the river
• 10 minute walk to Bishop’s Park
• 15 minute walk (or 5 minute bus) to Hammersmith station
• Near loads of nice pubs and restaurants

The flatmates:
• We are 2 professional girls, aged 27 and 29
• We’re very tidy and easy going
• We like to balance chilling with each other in the evenings and our own space
• My flatmate works in events and goes into the office every day. I work in communications and am hybrid, normally in the office 2-3 days a week.
• We’ve lived together for a year and a half and have become best friends

We’re looking for a dog-friendly flatmate. Bear is three year old cockapoo, and he’s still high energy and the sweetest boy.
