We have a beautiful double room opening up soon in our flat, and we're excited to find a friendly flatmate to join us. Our flat is in a peaceful area of Fulham that we warmly consider our home. We highly value a cosy home dynamic and are looking for someone who will fit right in and feel at home.

-Double Bed: Perfect for a single occupant.
-Built-in Wardrobe: Ample storage space for your clothes and belongings.
-Additional Storage: Chest of drawers with plenty of space.
-Natural Light: South-East facing sliding window (please note there's currently some scaffolding for maintenance work on the wall).
-Furnished: Comes with a small rounded tub chair and mirrors.

Shared Bathroom:
-Features both a shower and a bath.
-Customizable coloured lighting to suit your mood.
-Space available for your toiletries.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
-Oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine.
-Plenty of crockery, utensils, and cupboard space.
-Customizable coloured lighting to suit your mood.

Utilities and Bills:
-All bills included (energy, council tax, water, and WiFi).
-If there's an increase in bills due to higher energy consumption or council tax, the additional cost will be shared among us.

House Rules:
-No pets allowed.
-No couples.

About Us: We're looking for a laid-back person who matches our chill vibe. We respect each other's personal space but also enjoy hanging out together. We like to keep the common areas tidy and rotate cleaning duties every two weeks. Our flat has been made cosy with colourful smart Hue lighting and handy storage solutions.
