Hello, I am looking for someone to take the en-suite master bedroom occupying the entire top floor.

THE HOUSE: A beautiful and plenty of natural light maisonette (with own entrance from the street) located 10 minutes from Parsons Green Station, also 10 minutes from Putney Bridge Station, and with a handy Bus stop 30 seconds away!. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I am renting the master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom on the top floor. There is a beautiful living room, an eat-in kitchen, and has been interior decorated by me! Wooden floors throughout, and sisal carpet just on the two flights of stairs. The house comes furnished and includes amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, juicer, vitamix, etc. I have two lovely indoor cats.
This is a calm, respectful and beautifully furnished home, not a student-style flatshare. I’ve lived here for several years and created a space that’s warm, well cared for, and peaceful. I’m looking for someone grounded, tidy, and self-aware, ideally someone with a mature approach to shared living.
YOUR ROOM: Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, naturally light and very spacious. Furniture: Double bed with the most amazing mattress in the world (Simba). Beautiful desk and built-in ample wardrobe.
THE BILLS: all of them are included, broadband, water, electricity, gas, council tax, ADT alarm, etc
THE HOUSEMATES: Only me! have been living in this property since July 2017 together with my softy indoor cats: Maya (7 years old female) and Matisse (just over a year old boy).
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: I have two indoor cats, both fully vaccinated and part of the home. One is particularly territorial and needs time and space to warm up to new people. This is not a good match for someone who is unsure about living with animals, nervous around cats, or expects pets to behave like dogs. Cat lovers who respect feline boundaries are very welcome!
THE RENT: is priced at £1570 per month and includes an en-suite bathroom and ample built-in wardrobes. It is a spacious room with a nice desk. Occupying the entire top floor and benefiting from plenty of light and a little balcony.
