The flat is in a leafy street in Fulham, walking distance from Putney Bridge & Hammersmith tube stations and has a bus stop at the end of the road. It is also within short walking distance of Craven Cottage, the Thames & Bishops Park.

Communal spaces include a large living room, a kitchen/dining area (oven, microwave, hob, washer dryer, fridge & dishwasher) and garden shared with the downstairs flat.

The room comes furnished with king size bed & mattress, 2 bed side tables, desk (used as TV stand in photo), chair (white chair in living room photo), rug and a large wardrobe. It is well lit with a Juliette and velux window.

The en-suite has a large waterfall shower, sink with a draw below, heated towel rail, toilet and velux window.

You would be living with three 24 year old men; one who is a video producer for the I, one is a trainee accountant at Sky and one is a maths teacher. None of them are smokers and they are all tidy. They’re into sports (mainly football and cricket), music, cooking and like to have a beer/go the pub.
