My name is Andrew and I am a 31 year old male from Sydney, Australia. I have 1 double bedroom with wardrobe available in an amazing and spacious two bedroom apartment in Fulham.

About the area:
The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to Fulham Broadway tube station, less than 2 minute walk to nearby Waitrose (5 minutes to nearby Sainsburys) and has two great pubs down the road (Mitre, Wolfpack). The apartment is also situated only a 5-10 minute walk to Parsons Green, a vibrant community of pubs, cafes and restaurants, and great parks.

About the apartment:
The apartment is on the ground floor of a terrace house, is fully furnished, extremely spacious and has exclusive access to a garden terrace!! The other room will continue to be occupied by a very nice and tidy 31 year old male (Tim) also from Sydney, Australia. Tim works in tech sales, enjoys sport, exercising and socialising on the weekends. Tim works in the office 5 days a week so there is plenty of piece and quiet in the house for you if you wfh.
