Double Room Opposite Fulham Broadway Station

Hey everyone!

My name is Julian, and I’m moving out of a lovely 2 bed 1 bath flat in Fulham (1 minute from Fulham Broadway!). I’m looking for someone to take over my lease (ending March 2025) as I plan to move in with a friend soon!

My flatmate Maya is looking for someone fun, friendly, clean and down for a drink to join her in the flat!

About Maya: I’m 25, work in finance and I enjoy going to the gym, love a party, also love cooking wholesome dinners. I’m looking for someone similar aged (24-28 preferably) to share my flat with. Not too fussy in general but someone who would like to make a friend, have drink, cook a meal and keep our home clean is ideal!

About the Flat:

The flats super well located and is literally a stone's throw away (1 minute walk) from Fulham Broadway station (the flat is right opposite the Tube entrance). You'll enjoy a direct commute to the city centre via the district and Piccadilly line connection at Earls Court.

The room itself is 953 per month and around 130-150 estimated in bills per month. Security deposit is 1172.

The Space: A spacious and sunlit flat featuring a generous living area with a dining table that's perfect for entertaining. The modern kitchen fits quite a few on a Friday cocktail night, and there's a balcony that we have furnished with comfy outdoor seating which we use to have dinner or a drink when the weather is good.

There are 3 large cabinets for storage (plus a storage room) where you can store and additional clothes, suitcases and furniture. Washing machine in the kitchen.

Super convenient: Within a 200-meter radius, you've got Sainsbury's, Boots, and Waitrose, as well as loads of cafés, restaurants and bars that you can access easily.

3 minute walk from pure gym, or right opposite David Lloyd if your feeling fancy. There are also other gym’s available right near the house.

All Day Sunlight: The sun rises and sets right on the balcony and we get a ton of natural lighting because of this.

The Room: The room comes furnished with a double bed, space for a cupboard and additional storage right outside the door (blinds included).

Location: the area is super safe and you'll be part of the lively neighborhood of Fulham and Chelsea.
