3-bed Mansion Block in Fulham - Flatmate Wanted

Hi there!

I am looking for a friendly female professional to take over my room in our beautiful bright garden flat in Fulham, just off Bishops Park. The room is available on 20th December and rent is £850 + bills (which are £150 per month and cover all expenses - wifi, electricity, water, council tax etc).

We are looking for a female full-time professional aged between 30-40 years old. If you fit this criteria, we'd love to hear from you! Please drop us a little note about yourself, including your job, age, and anything else you'd like to share. Please note, reaching out if you don't fit these criteria might just create some unnecessary admin for us!

The available double room has a built in wardrobe and above wardrobe storage, plus plenty of hall storage and a large loft space for bigger items. The room has natural light from our shared garden space, which we have exclusive private access to. The room comes with a bed frame, mattress and bed side table.

Our spacious fully furnished flat is located in a secure converted mansion complex with an onsite building manager, we have our own quaint front and side garden right across from Bishops Park (ideal for playing tennis, running, picnics, etc). The flat has a large living/dining room which is the perfect balance for a relaxed evening watching TV or hosting dinner parties! We have a private landlord who is really easy to deal with, and has been really easy to deal with for all flat issues.

You will be living with Nick and Jess, both busy working professionals from Australia and England who are in their 30’s. They are both hybrid workers - working from home, office and out for various work days.

- Situated in a leafy, quiet, and safe community just off Fulham Palace Road.
- 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, with routes to Hammersmith (10 minutes) and Shepherds Bush (15 minutes).
- 10-minute walk through the park or via the main road to Putney Bridge tube station (District line).
- Conveniently close to a Tesco Express (3 min walk), ALDI (10 min walk) Sainsbury’s Local (10 min walk), and larger Sainsbury’s and LIDL stores (20 min walk).
- Access to a great walking and running route along the Thames, a Nuffield gym (5 minutes walk), and excellent local restaurants, pubs, and shops.

We are looking for someone who is similar to us - independent from the flat but also interested in joining in from time to time and hanging out. We run a clean and tidy flat with a cleaning rota and are respectful of each others property and space. If anyone is working from home we usually work in our bedrooms for calls to keep the communal space available for everyone - but equally if no one is home then you are welcome to use the flat however you like. For us it is getting the balance right!
