Part of a split level 3 bed flat with 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room area, utility room, storage space in the eaves and a balcony. Some nice extras is that there’s a dishwasher in the kitchen and a separate washing machine and dryer in the utility room.

This is a large double bed room (measuring 3.85m x 3.42m) with an en-suite bathroom. The windows looks out onto a well kept garden from the flat below, which includes a large budgie cage which gives lovely birdsong in the mornings.

Whilst the flat was technically unfurnished, we got most of the furniture needed from the previous tenants. Depending on if I can transfer my bed to me new flat or now, you might need to provide your own bed.

The tenants are two boys, professionals working in law/finance
