Lovely double room in a social house!

We are looking for a new roommate to occupy a double room in our friendly, sociable house!
The house is equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom, patio'd garden, and a living room that we are currently doing up.
It is in such a great location with it being only a 12 min walk to Fulham Broadway (district line), Parsons Green (district line), and imperial wharf (overground).
- busses are a 2 min walk away that go all over London.
- 5/10 min walk to a large Sainsbury's supermarket, and only 2 min walk to the high street with plenty of shops, cafe's, and beauticians.
The current housemates are:
- Ronan, 25, works in sports PR and loves playing and talking sport
- Kirstie, 26, dental nurse that loves shopping, eating, and cocktails!
- Sean, 25 working in finance fresh from Canada and always down for a pint
- And finally Saskia, 23, an engineer who enjoys cooking and travelling.

We are all very sociable and love having night outs together and hanging out in the house - but we all still respect everyone's space! We are looking for someone that will fit in well with the house and enjoys going out and having a good time!
All bills are included apart from gas/electric which comes to £30 a month.
