4 bed house with a large living and dining space, kitchen, and a garden. Shared bathroom with 2 other housemates.

🛏️ Room
Spacious and very bright room with large windows fitted with blinds. Fully furnished with double bed, desk and office chair, wardrobe, shelves and chest of drawer.

💵 Rent
Rent is £873 per month. Bills are approximately another £100 on top.

About us 😎
Currently 3 chaps and 1 girl with varied interests from science to cooking to pubs. Everyone enjoys chilling in the communal space but also respects each other's personal space. All housemates moving out by 29th of October as it will be the end of the contract. I am moving out sooner so I’m therefore looking for someone to replace me until that date :)
