I’m looking for someone friendly and tidy to take over the other double bedroom in the 2 beds house I’m living in.
About the house: located between Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green, the flat is on the ground floor of a two floors house. It has two spacious bedrooms and a very bright and cosy open space livingroom and kitchen. The house comes with one bathroom between the two rooms and two generous size gardens. The area where the house is located is adorable, with shops, restaurants, coffee shops and lovely parks close by. Also, the riverside is only a 15 minutes walk away.
About the room: the advertised room is a bit bigger than the other one, with a fire pit and big windows. The room comes unfurnished but the previous tenant is happy to sell most of the furniture for a good price.
About me: I’m a 27 years old professional who has been living in the house for the past 3 years. I work in the office 3 out of 5 days a week and spend most of my time doing things outside the house, but I also enjoy chill evenings at home.
About you: I hope you’re someone nice, friendly and respectful, preferably someone who doesn’t always work from home. It would be nice to have a positive environment in the house, so I hope to find someone I get along with who wants to share moments but also has her own life.
Extra bills: approx 200£ each monthly
