This is a lovely flat for two people. It has two large bedrooms: a living room, a kitchen and a shared bathroom.
The location is fantastic: Parsons Green in West London, only 30 minutes by bus to Piccadilly Circus and a 5-minute walk to the District/Yellow lines, which go directly to anywhere.
The street is quiet and safe. Supermarkets are just 5 minutes' walking distance, and tennis courts are around the corner (without needing to be a member!).
I'm looking for a flatmate now. My name is Ana. I'm 36 years old and work in advertising. My flatmate is moving out due to visa reasons. I prefer females, but i travel a lot due to work, so it's not a hard preference due to the short notice.

For couples- clarification: the rent will be £500 more, and since I will be moving out in November- I would like not to be responsible for finding a new flatmate before i am moving out because not everyone likes sharing with a couple. (I don't mind for a few months)
