Single room in a large 4 bed house with 3 other flatmates.

Room is on the 1st floor and has view of South Park, room comes with desk and single bed. Bathroom is on the same floor and is shared with one other flatmate.

The house is extremely spacious and has a living room, very large modern kitchen, dining area/conservatory and a small patio garden.

I am completing my masters degree at a london university and looking for flatmates as the house was my family home where I grew up but my family has now moved elsewhere.

The house is located on a quiet street and is right next to the local park. Closest stations are Parsons Green at 14 mins walk and Wandsworth Town at 20 min.

Wifi and water are included in the rent, while electricity , heating and council tax are not.
