The room for rent is a double bedroom with its own bathroom (shower + bath) on the second floor, with direct access to the larger second terrace.
Bills are c. £200 per month (incl, gas, electricity, water, weekly cleaner, internet and council tax (band G)).
About us:
We're 3 friends looking for a new flatmate after one of our friends selfishly left us for a new job in New York.
We've lived in the house since 2021 (with no issues) and work in finance / tech (mixture of in the office and working from home).
We're into fitness, sport (watching + playing) and are fairly sociable.
The area:
The house is a few mins from West Brompton, Earls Court and Fulham Broadway stations, so plenty of pubs (our local is The Atlas), restaurants, cafes etc nearby. Also lots of great Deliveroo options!
There's a big supermarket a short walk (Waitrose / Sainsbury's in Fulham).
Who we're looking for:
An easy going, tidy, fairly down to earth and sociable new flatmate!
