Beautiful flat in Fulham short walk from stations

Newly renovated double room in beautiful flat in fulham. Flat to self most of the time.

My current tenant is moving out soon to live with her partner and I am looking for a new tenant to take over.

The flat is on a beautiful street in the sought after area of fulham, a short walk from fulham broadway and parsons green stations. The room and flat have been recently renovated. I have also decorated the place further than I've yet to update in the pictures and installed new blinds/curtains. There are new double glazed sash windows and the flat, on the second floor, stays warm in winter. Flat includes new washer/dryer and dishwasher. All bills are included.

I live and work in Oxford so you will have the flat to yourself almost all of the time. I still like to keep my place to come back to so I am there occasionally up to 1/2 weekends a month. This set up is reflected in the rent. I am looking for someone that will keep the place clean and tidy, and who is happy to look after the few plants in the place too 🪴.
