Double room in beautiful Fulham 4 bed flat

We're 3 girls (27-29) looking for a new housemate (working professional, 26-32) to move into our beautiful flat! Great location just at the entrance to Bishops Park on a quiet road so feels very residential and safe. It’s a 4 bed ground floor flat with a spacious living room which is also used for working from home in the week, another large space that we use for additional desk space and hanging laundry, a separate kitchen, bathroom, toilet and large utility room.

We’re very clean and tidy, the building is well looked after with a gardener / maintenance man. It’s a 14 minute walk to the closest tube station (Putney Bridge), the tennis courts are right outside along with lovely local bars / cafes (we’re not far from Parsons Green). We have bike storage and there’s available on road permit parking. The room is a small double with wardrobe space, but the flat is quite big with plenty of storage.

We work in fashion marketing, tech, and the NHS with a mix of WFH and office, we love a glass of wine on the weekends, cooking and keeping active but also value our own time. We're looking for someone who can fit into this vibe! Rent is £744, bills vary but in the height of winter approx £150 (significantly less in summer).
