Double room in beautiful Fulham 4 bed flat

MOVE IN from 7th October (most likely 12th)
We're 3 girls (27-29) looking for a new housemate (working professional, 27-32) to move into our beautiful flat! Great location just at the entrance to Bishops Park on a quiet road so feels very residential and safe. It’s a 4 bed ground floor flat with a spacious living room which is also used for working from home in the week, another large space that we use for additional desk space and hanging laundry, a separate kitchen, bathroom, toilet and large utility room.

We’re very clean and tidy, the building is well looked after with a gardener / maintenance man. It’s roughly a 10 minute walk to the closest tube station (Putney Bridge) and has tonnes of bus routes around, the tennis courts are right outside along with lovely local bars / cafes (we’re not far from Parsons Green). If you need it there is also on road permit parking available. The room is a small double with large wardrobe and storage space in the hallway, but the flat is also pretty big with plenty of storage.

We work in tech, and education with a mix of WFH and office/school. We love movie nights, pub trips and keeping active, we spend time together but also value our own time too and respect each others space. We're looking for someone who can fit into this vibe! Rent is £767.50, bills vary but in the height of winter approx £150 (significantly less in summer).
