Lovely and spacious double bedroom available on 15th October 2024 in a terraced 3 bedroom house close to Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green tube station, with a shared living room and garden. 

Living with two females, early thirties, one working in advertising and the other law. The house is very much a home and we are looking for a female (late twenties/ early thirties) who will treat it the same and who is tidy and respectful.

The room faces our private garden which gets lots of natural light and is very quiet. It comes furnished with a double bed, mattress and a wardrobe.

The rent is £1,170 pcm. On top of the rent, all bills (including council tax) come to around £130-180 a month per person, depending on the season. 

The house has a very spacious living/dining area which is great for hosting but also quiet nights in.

The house has one shared bathroom, with shower/bath and toilet and also a seperate downstairs loo. We also have plenty of storage space throughout the house. 

We are a 7 min walk to Parsons Green tube station and a 10 min walk to Fulham Broadway.

The house is rented via an agency who are really responsive in the case of any issues. There will be a £25 fee to pay to the agency to change the contract to add your name to it.
