Beautiful double bedroom available in Fulham

I am a college teacher, 63 years old, Italian. This is my house. My daughter is moving out and leaving her room available to rent. The room is on the ground floor of a terraced house, off Fulham Palace Rd, close to Bishops Park and public transports. Parsons Green and Putney Bridge tube stations are quite close. There is a bus stop to Hammersmith, 2 mins walk. The room has a double bed and French doors on to a patio. It comes furnished or unfurnished. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Bills included and if needed the possibility of using a study/office. I live with my younger daughter who is 22 and therefore a female would be preferable, but I am flexible depending on the person.
Available from late September.
