Double room available from now due to my flatmate moving back home after uni

📍Location
- 3 minutes walk to West Brompton (District and Overground)
- 8 minutes to Earls Court (District and Picadilly)
- Really fun pubs around the area such as the Atlas, the Prince and Lillie Langtry.
- Just a walk to the North End Road which has loads of shops, a local markets, an Iceland and Waitrose etc
- Opposite a police station so very safe (no sirens so not loud to live by)

- 2 bed and 1 bathroom with shower in bath
- Back terrace with outdoor sofa that gets loads of sun and is very private
- Large living room with big high windows and gets lots of sun
- Kitchen has a washing machine / dryer. Due to a small single fridge there’s also a freezer in the living room for extra space.
- Rent is £1,137 pcm
- Bills total around £160 pcm (will go down over summer)

- Double bed with space for storage underneath
- 2 large shelves of storage
- Long clothes rail (space for 2 drawers if needed too
- Big high window and gets lots of light

🕺About me
- I’m a 21 year old insurance broker originally from Yorkshire, I’ve worked in London full time since I was 19. I normally WFH 1-2 days a week.
- I’m very sociable and am out quite a fair bit due to my job but also love lazing out and getting stuck into a good series or book. I love watching sport as well as playing tennis at the courts in bishops park down the road. Also going to concerts and exhibitions with just generally trying new things and exploring the city. (Also am a huge pub quiz fan).

👀What I’m looking for in a flatmate
-Someone who is social and outgoing and would be up for trips to the pub, quizzes or play tennis etc.
- No students
