A spacious ensuite bedroom is available on its own top floor in a large 4-bedroom house located in Fulham. The house features a lounge, kitchen and dining area, and a garden. It’s in a fantastic location within walking distance of Parsons Green and Fulham Broadway stations.

The room has a Juliet balcony, perfect for summer, and comes with ample storage. The chest of drawers and office table are the only pieces of furniture that may not remain.

The current housemates are young professionals (2 females, 1 male, aged 24-28) who are friendly and often hang out downstairs, watching TV or relaxing together. However, being on the top floor offers a great opportunity for quiet and privacy if you prefer alone time or need a peaceful place to work from home.

I’m moving out to live with my best friends (it’s a bit cheaper), but I highly recommend living with Ben, Izzy, and Alex, as well as enjoying this lovely room and area.
